We partnered with National Property Management Group to deliver a time-critical compliance programme across 210 high-end apartments in Manchester City Centre. Our goal: to complete all annual CP12/EPC and 5-year EICR renewals within a strict 6-week deadline, ensuring zero compliance breaches and immediate fault rectification — all managed via our GreenVal PortfolioAudit tool.

Project Summary

Challenge: Auditing 210 high-end rental apartments across four
separate central Manchester tower blocks. Required annual CP12/EPC renewal and 5-year EICR compliance within a strict 6-week
window, demanding guaranteed tenant access and immediate fault rectification.

Solution: Deployed a rapid response team of 10 accredited assessors and engineers. Completed 210 CP12s/EPCs and all EICR renewals with an integrated "Fix-on-Fail" policy. All data was immediately captured digitally.

Success & Outcomes: Average EPC rating increased from F45 to
C78 (a 33-point increase). Average annual resident energy savings exceeded £700. Achieved a measured 55% reduction in total energy demand, eliminating external condensation risk.

Project Management: Achieved a 98% access rate within the tight
scheduling timeline.
