We partnered with a Large Regional Housing Association in Stockport to deliver a comprehensive decarbonisation programme for 60 new-build shared ownership properties. Our goal: to achieve a top-tier EPC A rating across the development, significantly reduce the energy cost burden for new homeowners, and future-proof the assets with the latest renewable technology.

Project Summary

Challenge: Decarbonising 60 new-build shared ownership properties to achieve an EPC A rating and minimize the energy cost burden on new owners.

Solution: Full design and installation of renewable generation
systems: high-efficiency 4.0kWp Monocrystalline Solar PV arrays per unit. Each system was paired with a 7kWh Lithium-Ion Battery Storage unit, and pre-wired EV Charger points were installed.

Success & Outcomes: All 60 properties successfully received an EPC A rating (average score 95). Measured data showed that properties
achieved 89% energy self-sufficiency during peak solar generation months. Delivered an estimated £750+ annual saving on electricity
bills.

Project Management: Installation process was streamlined to just five days per home, ensuring efficient handover.
